14-day money-back guarantee

First-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both lifetime licenses and subscriptions.

Renewals and upgrades

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds after the 14-day window. If you upgrade or change plans, the new purchase is treated as a new transaction and follows the same 14-day policy.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@alterfreak.com with your purchase email and a brief reason for the request. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.

Abuse prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent, such as repeated refund requests or chargeback abuse.
