Acceptance

By accessing or using PulsePad, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscription & Billing

PulsePad offers a lifetime license and a subscription plan with monthly billing. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method for the selected plan and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Lemon Squeezy handles refunds on our behalf as the Merchant of Record.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, infringing on intellectual property rights, or using the service for illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

Alterfreak retains all rights to PulsePad, including the software, design, and trademarks. You retain rights to your own content and audio files. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Third-Party Services

PulsePad integrates with third-party services such as Lemon Squeezy for payments and Alterfreak Auth Hub for authentication. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

PulsePad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alterfreak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of PulsePad.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PulsePad if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.
